Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to propel business growth.
Ensure the store maintains a high standard of visual merchandise, cleanliness, and presentation.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, delivering personalized service to address their needs.
Stay abreast of product knowledge and market trends to engage customers effectively.
Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and implementing strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in managing budgets and KPIs.
Ability to maintain statistical and financial records accurately.
Demonstrated success in maximizing profitability and achieving sales targets, including motivating staff to excel.
Strong oversight of pricing and stock control.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Sound understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
Proficient computer knowledge and skills.
Valid driver's license and access to a car for business purposes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
