Battery Technology Innovator

Join our friendly team at Everything Battery in Yeppoon! We have 2 Junior positions available, both a Full Time position & a Saturday Morning position. We are a local family business, and we're looking for someone who is committed to a good work ethic & is eager to learn about everything battery!

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining the store to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
Managing stock and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
Assisting customers with battery fitting and providing excellent service.
Performing stocktaking to keep accurate inventory records.
Being able to lift heavy batteries (up to 20kg) safely and responsibly.
Using mechanical skills to help with battery installations (training provided).
Communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

Enthusiasm for learning about batteries and mechanical equipment.
Ability to work every second Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm).
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Has an ability to listen well & learn on the job quickly

You will also be given the opportunity to learn everything there is to know about, 12-volt camping & caravan travel refrigeration, dual battery systems, lithium battery technology, solar panels, UHF’s, Irving Lights, & battery charging devices.
